  37. Sounds like you didn't spend much/any time reading the manual and
  38. trying things, or didn't mention it if you did. I can think of
  39. several things which might cause this, but won't go into them since
  40. you have a slower modem which you are able to make work.

  48. My results with Cardinal and Zoom have been mixed, and I think I've
  49. seen a number of people who have the same experience. Since USR
  50. outsells all the others, it's not too odd to see more USR
  51. complaints, since happy people never seem to post (except John
  52. Navias who is terminally ecstatic with USR).
